By using this website or requesting services from Atlanta Mobile Welding and Fabrication LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Atlanta Mobile Welding and Fabrication LLC provides mobile welding and fabrication services in Metro Atlanta. Scheduling depends on availability and job site conditions.
Rates and Billing
Services are billed at $200 for the first hour and $120 for each additional hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Drive time is billed from departure to your location. Fabrication projects require material costs plus a deposit before materials are purchased.
Payment
Atlanta Mobile Welding and Fabrication LLC accepts Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Workmanship Guarantee
If a weld fails immediately due to the workmanship of Atlanta Mobile Welding and Fabrication LLC, it will be repaired at no charge. Heavy equipment repairs are generally warrantied for 4 to 5 months. Damage caused by misuse, overloading, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area and to disclose any hazards, fuel sources, or conditions that may affect the work.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atlanta Mobile Welding and Fabrication LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services or use of this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
